NuGenerex (NGIO/NUGX) observation. Every trading day since NUGX appeared on the OTC March 15th, there have been over 1000 shares traded of except for 3 days. https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/NUGX/history?p=NUGX
Until yesterday and today where no shares (so far) have been traded. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NUGX/quote
We know that NUGX is an unauthorized ticker symbol for NuGenerex.
We know that the IPO will issue Class B shares under the NGIO symbol.
We know that the NUGX dividend shares will become the Class A shares.
Under normal circumstances, when a ticker symbol is changed, we get a notification that the trading will be halted while the change is happening. I have been thru this on multiple occasions. But since NUGX is an unauthorized ticker symbol, I am just wondering if the zero trading of yesterday and today (so far) is because of preparation of the Class A share (NUGX) adjustment necessary for the IPO?
Maybe things are a lot closer than what we think, and this time the “Quiet Period” is for real.
