In response to the naysayers and bashers saying that this is the same old story as the past 3 years, let me say this. And somebody can correct me if I'm wrong. The sec regards anything said or posted on a public forum (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) as a legal document. So doc can't just publicly say that this week OTC will be complete without backing it up. That would be a blatant violation. So either he is completely ignorant of the rules or he just wants to totally ruin his reputation and run this company into the ground...OR...he knows exactly what he's doing and UNVC is about to be current and PRs are on the way. I choose to believe the latter.
