This is very telling, and when combined with their statement to the effect that their plan is weeks to months away, shows they are not acting in good faith IMHO.
How can they ask for your vote NOW when they have yet to provide a plan?
Give us your proxy to vote your shares, and maybe in a few/weeks months we will tell you why.
No way, the first day they filed their 13D, I was one of the few that thought that this was a favorable event. Long past that time.
They ain't going to be getting my proxy. At current, as it stands, they probably just ensured I will be voting for current management.
