Although this is not a hard and fast rule, closing at the high of the day "generally" means the bulls are still in charge when the market opens the following morning.

My gut feeling is that if we break $1.90 tomorrow, we will probably find a wall at $1.99. If there's enough buying to push us through $2, then I think we may see $2.20 or better tomorrow, but we'll see.
