JOJA - Not sure if it's what you were implying, but people do not "opt for a full mastectomy" on the basis of a high BRACA score alone. If they already have breast cancer, that is different, which my mother did back in 1978, and opted for the full mastectomy. I doubt that Vyrologix would be given without someone actually already having the cancer in question.
