Alright, even though you are going to get paid for it, I've replied directly to your post.

For purposes of this discussion, I will go under the assumption that your statement is accurate and that there really is no freeze on the share structure. Doing so would give Matt the power to effect a reverse split, dump shares, or any other non-shareholder-friendly act in regards to the company's equity.

Ask yourself this question - would he?

He has publicly stated in the press release that there will NOT be a reverse split or any other change to the share structure for 2 years. Doing so would be SUICIDE. You can call him many things, but stupid is not one of them. If he r/s'd the stock or dumped millions of shares, NOBODY would EVER buy shares of a company that he is involved in ever again!

You think he's dumb enough to do that, for a couple of thousand dollars?
