Let's see if I wanted to merge a few Private Companies into my company there is not a better company than a 10yr Dark non reporter as shareholders don't need to vote and Dr David Dalton is the MAJORITY stockholder and has ALL THE POWER!
No Stockholder Proxy Vote like a clean slate to distribute shares to various entities ,board members etc.. all under the cover of DARK GET IT?
