HAZH I just picked up a pile of cheapies its still going current etc
On HAZH - Haz Holdings, Inc. listed management disputed the receivership as of late last week. Today represented by their corporate counsel (Ms. Bhanji) they stated their intent to bring the company current with the SOS, tax filings, comply with SEC regulations and to bring value back to shareholders. They have stated they are aware of the SEC September deadline and have been working towards complying with it. As such I have decided to rescind all actions made as court appointed receiver including officer elections and have instructed my attorney to close the receivership. While unfortunate they did not respond earlier in the demand process it does not make sense to battle in the courts for an unknown timeframe and I wish them best of luck. I offered myself as a resource for anything they may need in the future. I will be working with Andrew Lane and Critical Solutions to find something that will work to utilize for Digital Distro Solutions. https://www.synergymgtgroup.com/updates/update-71921
