I know that reports were seen by someone living many miles from the facility seeing tanker trucks arriving. I remember not understanding how that person knew the point of origin for those trucks.

I appreciate those who talked to drivers at the facility who said they were driving to USX.

I don't doubt that USX could be receiving JBI fuel.
