One has to assume that Pasaca will keep QTMM public for the sole purpose to raise capital.
Assuming that and based on the filings to have QTMM listed at a higher exchange so that the "real" capital is obtainable, IMHO we will see a 10 to 1 split.
That will put them on a high exchange and plenty of shares to sell.
