There were a few things that would have helped counteract the A/S increase that was speculated:
1.) Fully reporting typically bumps the sharprice up.
2.) Proof of moderate to decent revenues.
3.) Completion of Innova/QMC product.
4.) Completion of the Pasacal/QMC deal.
