What I can understand:
Worldwide Health Initiatives owns both NuGenMEDVU and HealthKOS which do the same thing. Software for health tracking.
Generex needs to get medical institutions to use NuGenMEDVU and not HealthKOS (or any other competitor).
Generex get $$$ (how much???) for using the NuGenMEDVU software by medical institutions and their patients.
Generex needs a large, dynamic and motivated sales force calling on medical institutions to sell them on the NuGenMEDVU software.

Sounds like it needs to be included in the next cc update.
