Resubmit the BLA, but this time they guarantee an approval because of....what?
If this group, of current shareholders, has this foolproof plan to get an approval through a resubmission of an existing BLA, then why the Hell have they been sitting on it this entire time!!!!
They expect us to believe that they approached Scott Kelly with this amazing plan, and he said, "Nah. Not interested."
