Re: Evil Rabbit #96468
surprising to see these doctors coming out publicly like this on this 13D proxy battle topic. seems unprofessional, at the very least.
personally, i don't have such a huge issue with Patterson - i know many do. but i was bummed to see him part ways with us a while back. his TED talk was the catalyst to getting my brother and another friend to invest. he's a smart, accomplished guy. but i do agree that buying his company would be a massive mistake.
Rosenbaum on the other hand just looks like a slimy lawyer - don't trust him as far as i could throw him. he's just trying to weasel in on something he had nothing to do with - made no contribution to. and the fact that Pestell got so many shares for essentially no contribution is just BS.
i am a bit concerned as i've had 2 friends in the past week send me the 13D list of issues, and say they were impressed with the people involved with that effort. i talked them both off the ledge, but they're both smart guys - and the letter sucked them in.
ideally, we get some nice catalyst to boost our SP - because sitting as these levels breeds frustration, especially for those who have lost a lot of money - and there are some people who will just vote for change, even if they don't understand that it's a big mistake.
