Lewin owns MyFlix?
I thought the purpose of the S-1 was to get $$ for HHSE so that they could kick in to bring MyFlix into HHSE and launch it. If HHSE hasn't actually paid that money in yet, how could Lewin now own it?
And you've conveniently forgetten/overlooked the bit about how the Lewin case needs to go through the AR courts. Hopefully those courts will not take kindly to a New Yorker trying to destroy an AR company based on a vendetta and a contract violation case where there was never any contract to begin with.
My crap detector is pegging out right now. See you on Monday when HHSE goes up another 30 percent.
