I think Dr. Patterson might be losing it.

He thinks CD4 count is better than viral load to show efficacy. The FDA would disagree strongly with that one. Is that how he thinks he's going to get approval ASAP?
He also thinks 350mg should be plenty but the combo trial shows it's not.
