Principal Executive officer means any of the President, Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel the Chief Financial Officer , the Chief Operating Officer and each Senior Vice President! IMO just the SEC protocol to step aside from his previous role giving the attorneys control in the interim to relisting? (This was a thought out change) Stay the course!
