viridi is right--the other 2 things viridi alluded to(earlier) as far as "lacking" uplist qualifications
Now the stock price <$2/share. That is the lowest level for uplist. There are diff quals. @ $3 and @ $4 but the $2 is lowest. That is for NASDAQ CAPITAL MKT listing. It is a PDF download on nasd website. Lots of fud on msg boards about $3 or $4 but there is a $2 price qualifier.
Also equity--RTB or someone "might" can address current but the "settlement" sucked some $$
