All filings are usually normally listed on EDGAR ... so for UNVC it's this link:

It's been dormant and if Dr. Dalton decides to do something very different like a Reverse Merger (RM) say with Core One Labs (just an example) then his "Conglomerate" would likely get a new CIK number (and won't even show up on that link above as UNVC )...
And btw, speaking of Core One Labs , it's over $4 today already... need to be at $4 for a month consecutively or something like that to make Nasdaq :
