BIVI has a different approach to Alzheimer's -- they are focusing on the "Type 3 Diabetes" theory, and have an article that was just published about their soon-to-be-started Phase 3 clinical trial.

I continue to think that "Alzheimers" is actually a cluster of diseases all lumped into one broad category, and that these diseases most likely have different causes -- thus, the need for many drugs that go after different pathways. It's also possible that someone might need 2 or more drugs to halt (and hopefully reverse) the condition.

BIVI's drug might also help lots of other conditions. Fingers crossed.
