There is a point at which benign neglect amounts to wanton and wilful disregard, or worse. Chanting "quite period," blaming the lawyers, referring investors/shareholders to Dawson James, and failing to provide any information at all just does not cut it anymore. Unfortunately (and I mean that sincerely), I am tethered to this sideshow as a result of being "rewarded" for being a "loyal shareholder" with dividend shares that now, and for the foreseeable future, are utterly worthless. I honestly wish I could divest myself of those holdings, because this company has caused me more annoyance and exasperation than it is worth. Maybe I could arrange for my dividend shares to be donated to the GoFundMe for the non-profit (how appropriate) Last Chance for Children, another failed attempt.
I don't know that there is any hope left for this company, given the current management...
