You have that freedom just as businesses have the right to restrict you from entering their establishment if you are not vaccinated and choose not to wear a mask. But you say what about government restrictions? A government is responsible for the safety of the entire population. It's not there to coddle to any particular person's pet grievances. So don't get vaccinated, if services are not provided to you you'll still be able to weep bitter tears in the privacy of your own home.
