Thanks for pulling this together. I was wondering what the total value is and since its already priced into the stock.
That sum of money means Verb could accelerate growth big time with acquisitions, new hires, etc.
I believe with the stock up to what it is now, these warrants and the pending $ can have a real positive effect on the stock since people will know that the need to raise future capital is very far off if ever again.
