A short while back a great bank researcher/philosopher told me, "bad breath is better than no breath at all". Well, FSBS just might have the most horrible case of halitosis a bank could possibly have but it is still breathing. Assuming it doesn't get it's doors slammed shut by the FDIC, it will be fun checking in on it from time to time to see what kind of progress they are making. This could turn out to be one of the rare "Hail Mary" plays that works!
