I also have been w Gnbt the better part of two decades and realize joe brought company back from the dead. But newsflash - the company is back in intensive care and ready for life support. Like others I would also like to know who the employees are and what their positions are? what their compensation is?especially what they received in November bonus?
if stock was part of bonus is it locked out for a period of times? if so - how long?do any of these people own stock in the company? Where do the funds from dilution go? These don’t appear to me to be matters that are blocked due to quiet times concerns. Personally I am starting to feel we are being played. There needs to be a stockholder meeting to get answers to alllll the questions people ask on this message board and to have a plan so we don’t get strung along for another four or five months and another round of bonuses- ( last years was 7 million for 7 employees?) I am all for rewarding employees - but not until shareholders have been rewarded with the IPO. Maybe this will be motivation for Gnbt to limp across the ipo line. We can grow into being a rocket ship like Nvax later. Disappointing shareholders is a totally different animal from disappointing people you have to face every day. No ipo, no bonuses. 17 days left in July. Tick tock. Giddy up.
