From what I understand, which I might be wrong.
Unaudited fins need an Attorney letter.
Audited do not.
Did Doc need an Attorney Letter?
So that is why OTC Markets is NOT an auditing firm. They make sure everything is done right before public to the best of their knowledge. They only want to make sure ALL the necessary information is provided to qualify for current status.
