That Rosenbaum stiffed that poor lady for over a decade, shut down his Michigan SWR corp. and then resurrected it in Oregon but still has manufacturing in Michigan sure looks like he was trying to escape his creditors. That he was unwilling to pay off such a picayune amount shows SWR is probably not very profitable. That he didn't pay off after Rentrak shows he's a cheap bastard who's solely interested in money and is willing to screw people over to retain it.
