Very, very exciting that we are talking about these kinds of things in our lives, mountaineer. All I do lately is Google ocean front/lake front property with as much privacy as I can get. Because I've never been a homeowner in my life before.(Not at any point in my life) Hell, I've never even had my own place to rent before. Lol. This is something I plan on going all out for, since I've wanted a dream house of my own for as long as I can remember. And having my very own personal movie theater built in to boot, as I have always had a huge love and passion for cinema. Keeps me up most nights, that is for sure. Lol. Hope we are able to begin to do these things--and so much more for the ones we love--before or by Fall is underway. I honestly have no idea anymore how far in share value UNVC will surge now, based on all of the components now. I do know this, I believe: $20 a share sure looks like a bargain now, with where we are heading.
