If I am not mistaken, he admitted to contacting Dr. Janet Woodcock of the FDA and badger her about approving LL for an EUA after the results had already come out, and put out videos to this effect.
What did the FDA do? It sent out the FDA letter.
Did NP do anything to cause that letter? Nope.
Did JB and other doctors and the public do anything to cause that letter? Yep.
Also, I think the 13D crew got to him.
