I hope so, but based that the company stated it was voluntarily revoking the shares I doubt they will formally reply to the SEC.
Based on what I read they feel the S-1 route is the best way from them to go.
The major draw back for us shareholders we have no idea when QTMM will re-commence its filings (from 10Q) "once again become a reporting issuer with the SEC and to re-commence its filings with the SEC at the earliest practicable date." will be.
