I think that they were really hoping to have the IND submitted by the 1st and accepted in less than one month but Joe also mentioned that unexpected things can happen, as before... I am not too worried yet, it is just annoying that things take more time than expected. I hope that Gnbt will be in time for (T cell vaccines) boosters.
