Hey. it's a message opinion board so to each their own.
But VERB is, at the end of the day, a sales enablement tool. The life sci/med devices is just one sector they're in strong right now.
Between MSFT, CRM, ORCL, SAP, and increasingly GOOGL enterprise, it's a very long (decades) and difficult road for anyone in the sales enablement or workplace productivity or similar market segments to remain independent. The old Peachtree (now Sage) is the only one that comes to mind as having pulled it off in the last 25 years or so.
Not least b/c there comes a point where the cash out offers are just too appealing to shareholders vs the capital requirements to grow and diversify. The BoD comes under great scrutiny (if not lawsuit) if it passes on the wrong offer.
Anyway, VERB writ large is a natural complementary fit to MSFT Dynamics. The big variable IMHO is how the core video tech is viewed vs Streams.
Time will tell. That's why we're longs.
