Little bit of confusion also...TD just said they are not letting you buy it, only sell it after August 13th if that stock is not current by then.
But SEC will not be suspending or making any stocks CE till September 28th, 2021.
And OTC Made it clear if they get the application on or before June 30th, that company will be current by the SEC deadline.
Lets spread facts not rumors. And Dr Dalton just told Mikey filings are being process should be completed soon.
