I follow different stocks on OTC Markets and twitter and another CEO just responded to one of the shareholders when they asked "Can we expect to see filings/pr updates soon?"
CEO RESPONDED: We have submitted all forms and expect to pay OTC next week. They said expect 4-6 weeks for them to complete their review.
If doc filed in June which we are pretty sure he did, then July is the month.
