There is little doubt in my mind that the IPO is waiting for the IND… either out of greed or necessity.
If it’s greed, I disagree since we were explicitly told it would not be intentionally held up for any reason… and we could have been “spinnng up the machine” for months now.
I think it’s more likely that the market simply wants more beef from our little companies to pay up to the levels we need. And so we must wait.
