There really is no shortage of slimy carpetbaggers out there.. they smell money and the vultures, leeches, and all manner of parasite try to find a way to attach themselves to a host and suck it dry.

I don't think it'd be a good idea to have someone who doesn't comprehend basic things like autonomy and the corporate veil calling any shots or proposing anyone to any boards, but it's even worse if it's someone with a legal background. You *can't* not know that was a huge error.
