No sir--do not know him--I wish I did or could meet him. I would shake his hand for taking time and $$ to pursue those lawsuits for all of us. He could have lost either time and been out $$. To me we should all be thankful.
Not to beat the dead horse but there is another +7 million$$ (interest,fees) in addition to cydy shares that now have to be paid as shown (SEC) last FRI. We can use the returned shares to pay this 7 million.
I take most announcements as an announcement. We can read where cydy will file for EUA, Cydy has an agreement with Longen for China, Cydy has Lonza as a manufacturer. Dr Pestell is leading authority on breast cancer. All announced--all sound good (Lonza is great--so is Samsung).
How can anyone explain an announcement--doesn't make it so
