For your own protection. I am really surprised that the really big long shareholders like yourself and a few others here have not got together to retain legal consuls to go after Stephen for failure to fulfill his fiduciary duties (filing SEC filings in a timely manner)
Just in case QTMM does go private or bankrupt to protect your interest.
Now I am am not saying that will happen, but if I had that much invested I would want an insurance policy handy just in case.
Because even though most of us believe they will re register those other two outcomes currently are a possibility.
