For most of cytodyn’s history, the bod population out numbered the employees. Calling upon the bod expertise for the active running and growth of the company is normal. Let’s remember, this is a small company that happens to be publicly traded and therefore is required to have a bod. Why complain about Nader’s salary and then want to expand a board with more expensive salaries that you don’t want to be active in the company operations?
