A personal observation: During especially difficult moments, it's been my experience to take a look around and see how people are responding. Panic, finger pointing, knit picking, name calling, you all know what I mean. But I also know that there is usually a few that step up and face the issue, calmly and deliberately taking positive actions.

We can't change the past. Spending all day trying to do so is a waste of time and energy. By the way, if your really want to drill down on the past of anyone, I'm quite certain you will find some stains, even you and me.
