Now tell me how QMC would convince the SEC to extend time for QMC to complete 5 Qs and Ks . LOL! The SEC wasn't going to extend again. Your way would have QMC jumping through hoops indefinitely.
The unintended consequence of revocation that allows QMC to file a new S-1, fix all problems, come out with a clean slate is much better solution.
