So you’re attempting to claim that NP had zero participation in the DD on the Prostagene purchase? Back the CYDY was what, a 4-5 man crew? Of course he participated in the DD process as he’s always had his hand in every aspect of CYDY because he’s the CEO and on the BOD. To somehow suggest that he blindly signed the agreement to purchase Prostagene and played no part in the spiral afterward is ridiculous.
