Selling Remdesivir and Regeneron, and now Roche and Lilly therapeutics, the vaccine push, few doctors talking about LL success, and mostly moving outside of the USA FDA power structure for approval would be the biggest reasons why big pharma put out the FDA letter. Don't really think they cared much about investors raising a stink, not part of the power structure. The second we moved into India and PI out came the letter.
