I read the Manila Times , especially during Covid to see how their situation is and especially since Cytodyn tried/is trying to enter that market. The leader of the Philippines has been threatening his own population if they don't get the vaccines. He is in line with my belief that most governments feel if there are therapeutics in the market that prevent you from dying or getting very sick they wont have the momentum they need for the population to get vaccinated...Ive believed this about the US for quite a while also. The focus has always been on vaccines because its the best way to wipe out a disease. But it would be hard to lock down society and control the populace if people just "blew off" the pleas to get vaccinated and figure "if I get sick , Ill just go get a couple of shots". Im not a big conspiracy guy but I do believe some governments have an agenda that they don't advertise , especially with Covid
