Anyone who may be interested,I suggest looking at the background/history/cases of the judge appointed to Bob's case,and the guidelines/laws/discussions for sentencing,etc,etc.Also his lawyer,and his case history.......IMO,what happened to Bob appears to be very involved/complicated,I say this because,it's the details that are important.There can be many small mistakes made while forming a case against Bob,any of them can hurt the prosecution enough,that any good lawyer will have this case dismissed.I didn't take the time to post my reasons for saying this,because the there is so much information to read,it would take a week to post it,or maybe longer.
