Lockdowns can only delay the inevitable. At best they buy time to prepare for the eventual onslaught. At worst they may open the previously sequestered population to a more virulent mutant somewhere down the road. There is much talk about the containment, not much about the fact that the virus may be evolving simultaneously in different areas worldwide. Shortsighted vaccine proponents running our governments and regulatory agencies along with their captive experts have foolishly and criminally delayed and neglected our only true solution. Effective therapeutics and treatments for viral diseases are needed ASAP.
