I have cautioned about selling too early, but I am no financial expert. I just don't see this doing anything but going up for quite awhile. Sure, all stocks go up and down, but UNVC should be on a steady upward trajectory for some time to come. If you have a relatively small mortgage or car payment or a couple credit card debts, I see nothing wrong with getting out of debt to breathe a little. I bought my granddaughter a new car, thinking I would finance it and at the worst, having to make maybe one car payment-that was 10 months ago-so that will be paid off ASAP.
