I always look at efficacy of medical products and more so second generation products that may receive FDA approval. Especially since Pasaca must have been convinced from the beginning that the quantum dot diagnostic applications was viable and to the extent they quickly brought Dr Malan to LA. Truly a buyout opportunity but there again the SEC is in the way!
