By now the company has communicated to emplyees re: the coming transition
to most likely Innova employees. The buyout must still occur which requires Pasaca complete a 51% buyout takeover or some new registration up-listing?
I expect most employees see greener pastures ahead! I expect a shareholder buy back but the SEC is the unknown?
