I think the 13D crowd by their actions has created doubt, stagnation and the SP is unwanted collateral damage...in other words... "unintended consequences" of the worst kind. The SLC club helped create fractional differences in share price...based on their actions...the investing community has decided to wait it out and MM's are playing the game.
